Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of escrow law and applicable state requirements.
• Solid understanding of RESPA, TILA, Dodd-Frank and CFPB rules.
• Knowledge of ALTA Best Practices adoption.
• Ability to work with fractions, percentages and prorations.
• Strong customer service skills and organizational abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or secures deeds or other documents for escrow.
• Disburses funds per escrow instructions and related charges.
• Prepares final statements for all parties involved.
• Secures releases of contingencies and conditions.
• Act as a communication hub between clients, agents, and lenders.
• Complete closing transactions and HUDs per lender instructions.
• Balance and disperse escrow funds and close accounts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
