Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares or secures deeds or other escrow documents.
• Disburses funds and handles title insurance charges and fees.
• Prepares final closing statements for involved parties.
• Maintains communication between clients, agents, attorneys and lenders.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
