Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Five years related escrow experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with MS Office and escrow production software (ResWare, RamQuest, AtClose, IClosings or similar).

Responsibilities

• Prepare or secure deeds or other documents related to Escrow.
• Disburse funds and charges for title insurance, recording fees, commissions, and payoffs.
• Prepare final statements for involved parties.
