Qualifications

• 2+ years general banking experience required.
• At least 3 years of mortgage, commercial and/or consumer loan escrow processing experience preferred.
• Strong PC skills with ability to transfer skills to other software programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service to internal and external customers with operational integrity.
• Procure and pay lender-paid escrowed items (insurance, taxes, PMI, FHA, etc.) before due dates to avoid penalties.
• Perform escrow analysis annually and on request to ensure compliance of escrowed loans.
• Support supervisor with quality control and ensure compliance with RESPA, CFPB, state/federal law and investor guidelines.
• Ensure adherence to AML/BSA, risk controls, and bank procedures; follow Code of Conduct.
