• Order and review land surveys.
• Perform curative title work.
• Prepare closing documents.
• Fund transactions and disburse funds.
• Handle additional office administrative duties as needed.

• Ordering and reviewing land surveys
• Curative title work
• Preparation of closing documents
• Funding of transaction/disbursement of funds
• Additionaloffice administrative duties as needed
