Job summary

Northwest Title is seeking an Escrow Processor & Notary Closer to join our Lancaster, Ohio team. The role focuses on providing first‑class administrative support, coordinating closings, and maintaining clear communication with realtors, lenders and clients.

We offer training for Ohio notary if needed and a supportive, professional environment. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year experience in a real estate title setting, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi‑task across

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in a real estate title company.
• Proven organization and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating communication across multiple channels and people.
• Ability to multi-task and work quickly but accurately.
• Quality communication skills via email, phone, video, and in-person, including proper grammar and spelling.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding administrative support to clients and team.
• Conduct notary closings (training available to obtain Ohio notary).

• Support our clients and our team by providing outstanding administrative support.
• Conducts notary closings (we are happy to train the right person/ help you obtain your Ohio notary)
• Coordinates communication with realtors, lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, members, etc., to prepare for closing.
• Helps team with the processing of real estate transactions.
• Create or maintain business relationships with realtors and lenders for the continued success of our business.

Preferred qualifications:
