Westminster Title Agency, a Toll Brothers company, seeks an Escrow Branch Manager to lead our Grapevine, TX escrow operations on-site five days a week. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensure closing quality, and manage compliance across workflows and post-closing activities.

The role demands strong leadership, extensive escrow knowledge, and licenses/certifications per state and federal rules.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of title and escrow practices, laws, and regulations.
• 5+ years of experience in title/escrow supervision.
• Licenses/certifications required by state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional escrow operations and personnel.
• Recruit, train, coaching, and manage escrow staff.
• Oversee workflow, productivity, service levels, and transaction quality.
• Coordinate with parties to facilitate successful closings and resolve escalated issues.
• Oversee closing document preparation, disbursement, and post-closing activities.
• Conduct closings and perform escrow functions as needed.
• Clearance and resolution of complex transaction issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
