You will work with internal teams and vendors to optimize taxes, insurance, escrow analyses, and vendor management while ensuring accuracy and exceptional borrower service. The role emphasizes process improvement, data integrity, and scalable solutions across Escrow Operations, Loan Administration, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in mortgage servicing or escrow administration.
• Strong analytical ability with data validation and problem solving.
• Experience with escrow analyses, taxes, and insurance is preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and support all aspects of escrow administration including taxes and insurance.
• Monitor performance using KPIs, exception reports, and aging analyses.
• Research complex escrow issues and develop process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Participate in UAT, system enhancements, and automation initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into performance.
