Lennar Title in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to manage document processing, title clearance, and the closing process on-site. You will coordinate with the Branch or Escrow Manager, prepare signing instructions, and ensure timely fund disbursement.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years as an Escrow Officer, a Notary license, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Escrow Officer experience.
• Notary license is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Communicates and coordinates daily responsibilities with the Branch or Escrow Manager.
• Obtains demands/releases to clear title.
• Draws instructions and supporting documents for signing.
• Audits and closes file when all funds and documents are received.
• Disburses funds.
• Orders beneficiary statements, fire insurance, loan interest, rents and other prorated items.
