We are looking to hire an experienced Escrow Officer to perform legal administrative duties for clients selling and buying properties. In this role, you will be responsible for working with loan officers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys to acquire, analyze, and organize all essential documents required to process a closing package. This position requires someone who is capable of managing multiple tasks while still keeping an eye out for opportunities to exceed our customers' expectations. Our ideal candidate will be capable of handling the full gamut of responsibilities from entering the preliminary purchase contract and title order to preparing the final closing package, including the Closing Disclosure (CD), issuing the Title policy, and post-closing procedures.
To ensure success as a Senior Escrow Officer, you should demonstrate good communication skills, exceptional decision-making skills, and advanced clerical knowledge. Senior level Escrow Officers are paired with other Escrow Officers and are responsible for helping to develop and mentor them.
Previous experience working in an Escrow Officer position (or a markedly similar role) is required for this position.
Candidates with previous experience processing residential escrow transactions for both Kentucky and Ohio will be given preferential treatment and, if an offer is made, will receive an additional bump in starting compensation for being licensed to process escrow transactions in Ohio.
