Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling real estate closings.
• Texas Escrow Officer license (or in process).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with title software preferred with willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the title and escrow process from opening to funding.
• Review contracts, prepare settlement statements, and ensure all requirements are met for closing.
• Conduct closing appointments with professionalism and clear communication.
• Manage file documentation, disbursements, and post-closing procedures.
• Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to resolve title issues promptly.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
