Responsibilities

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work a file from beginning to end.
• Strong knowledge of escrow process, title process.
• Adapt to company policies and procedures.
• Comply with all terms and conditions of the Purchase Contract.
• Comply with all state and federal laws.
• Approve disbursement of funds.
• Communicate with all persons involved in an escrow transaction and co-workers.
