Job summary

Staffmark is hiring an Escrow Officer in Eastlake, CA for a direct-hire role. You will manage escrow transactions from opening through funding and disbursement, and act as the primary contact for buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys.

Qualifications

• Experience managing escrow files from opening through closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage escrow transactions from opening through funding and disbursement.
• Serve as primary contact for buyers, sellers, agents, lenders and attorneys.
• Order and review title reports; resolve defects and encumbrances.
• Prepare, review, and execute closing documents.
• Conduct closing appointments and explain documents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with lenders and real estate professionals.
