Lennar Title is seeking an Escrow Officer to handle on-site escrow processing, title clearance, and document preparation. You will coordinate with the Escrow Manager and ensure accurate handling of funds, title commitments, and settlement details in Lakewood, CO.

This role emphasizes compliance, confidentiality, and strong customer service in a Fortune 150 environment. The position requires a High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years Escrow Officer experience, plus a Notary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of Escrow Officer experience.
• Notary license is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates daily responsibilities with Branch or Escrow Manager.
• Obtains demands/releases to clear title.
• Draws instructions and supporting documents for signing.
• Audits and closes file when funds and documents are received.
• Disburses funds and writes escrow instructions.
• Prepares settlement sheets and maintains confidentiality.
