Northwest Title Family of Companies is seeking an Escrow Officer/Transaction Manager in the real estate title space. You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinating with realtors, lenders, and attorneys to ensure smooth closings and accurate disclosures.
You will manage title commitments, resolve defects, prepare Closing Disclosures, and liaise with multiple stakeholders to close files on time while delivering professional service.
What does an Escrow Officer/Transaction Manager do at Northwest?
A Transaction Manager manages a "file" (title order), from beginning to end. This role does not include supervisory or management duties overseeing other team members. They are responsible for accurately closing and disbursing files under a deadline while providing excellent, professional service to our clients. Transaction Managers understand all parts of the real estate transaction and are on the front lines of communication with our clients. They're responsible for working with other departments to get the file closed; however, they are ultimately responsible for the overall successful outcome.
