Qualifications

• 3+ years of Escrow Officer experience in California.
• Experience independently managing a full escrow desk.
• Advanced proficiency with RBJ escrow software.
• Experience with Qualia is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of CAR forms and DocuSign.
• Experience handling complex transactions, including trusts, probate, and HOA transactions.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment.
