What You'll Do
- Open, manage, and oversee escrow accounts for residential and commercial transactions
- Ensure the accurate handling, safeguarding, and disbursement of escrow funds
- Prepare, review, and execute closing documents from file open through settlement
- Serve as a trusted liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys
- Drive transactions forward while maintaining clear, proactive communication with all parties
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards
- Identify and mitigate risk to protect clients and ensure smooth closings
