Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• Knowledge of Harland Loan servicing system or similar servicing application a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in escrow administration for real estate tax escrowed items.
• Setup contracts with CoreLogic to ensure accurate tax bill reporting.
• Monitor outsourced vendor to track and disburse timely payments of all insurance escrowed items.
• Ensure all credit union records are properly maintained and updated including upcoming bills and quarterly tax amounts.
• Assist in the accurate and timely completion of scheduled escrow account analyses in accordance with bank, state and federal regulation and investor requirements.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external members related to escrow items.
