Qualifications

• Familiarity with mortgage servicing and documentation preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex escrow inquiries and analyze escrow statements.
• Take ownership of escalated account issues and resolve requests.
• Train new staff on escrow processes and compliance requirements.
• Prepare monthly reporting and ensure RESPA compliance.
• Review accounts with payment changes outside tolerances.
• Coordinate with vendors and tax authorities to resolve escrow issues.
• Process wires and review tax/insurance service provider requests.
• Communicate escrow analyses to customers by phone and in writing.
