BSI Financial is seeking an Escrow Insurance Specialist I to monitor insurance data accuracy and support the offshore team. The role involves paying homeowner's, flood, earthquake, and Force Place insurance bills, processing losses, and tracking policy expirations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist offshore team with insurance tasks
• Pay insurance bills (homeowner's, flood, earthquake, Force Place)
• Process Insurance Loss Claims
• Handle Cancellations on insurance
• Generate Daily Exception Reports
• Produce Daily Interface output reports
• Track expiration dates on insurance
• Perform due diligence on incoming transfers
• Document customer accounts
• Make outgoing calls to agents
• Assist Manager with audits, projects and escalations
• Maintain client communication
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies
