Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of mortgage servicing documents and processes, especially escrow administration.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations and investor requirements related to escrow administration.
• Strong accounting and math skills for portfolio data.
• Ability to create and analyze portfolio data reports for management.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Experience with Fidelity LPS mortgage servicing software is preferred.
• Professionalism and ability to interface with upper management.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve mortgage insurance and escrow exceptions.
• Process disbursements on or before renewal/due/penalty dates.
• Research and resolve mortgage insurance issues.
• Maintain payee headers.
• Monitor escrow and non-escrow loans with vendors.
• Prepare exception reports and resolve items.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of mortgage insurance payments.
• Maintain consistent attendance to fulfill essential functions.
• Comply with company policies, investor requirements, and regulations.
