Job summary

University Title Company in College Station, TX is seeking an Escrow Funder to help move real estate transactions from closing through disbursement. You’ll balance files, gather documentation, and coordinate with lenders in a detail-oriented, team-driven environment.

You’ll work in-office alongside a supportive team, handling funding, documentation, and wire requests, with opportunities to grow knowledge of title operations and lender communications.

Responsibilities

• Review files for inspections, insurance, bills, tax certificates, and other required documentation.
• Obtain missing information and supporting documentation for disbursement.
• Balance files and obtain lender funding approval when needed.
• Receipt funds for funding and disburse funds accurately. Prepare and submit wire requests.
• Complete 1099 information in Qualia and prepare customer copies.
• Prepare and send lender packages.
