About The Role

The Escrow Funder is responsible for performing key accounting tasks to support the Escrow operations of Executive Title Agency.

What You’ll Do

Review closing invoices for accuracy.

Accurately disburse a high volume of closings once funded.

Balance funds on the closing transaction.

Verify all incoming/outgoing wire information.

Release outgoing wires.

Prepare daily accounting log.

Review outstanding check log.

Analyze files for discrepancies prior to disbursement.

Locate funds from bank and receipt into file.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires at least 5 years of relevant escrow experience.
• Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
