Job summary

MHW Search has partnered with a reputable Residential Title firm in Houston seeking a Funder to support their residential closing operations team. The Funder will coordinate funding and disbursement of funds for residential real estate transactions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a title funding role and residential title experience. Familiarity with SoftPro is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a title company funding role.
• Residential title experience required.
• Experience with SoftPro software highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
