D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking an Escrow Assistant to support its Financial Services Escrow Branch.

The role focuses on timely preparation of escrow files and gathering information needed to close escrow transactions, while coordinating with lenders, title companies, and customers to ensure accurate, prompt closings. Ideal candidates will have an Associate's degree or related experience, and be comfortable handling administrative tasks, document preparation, and customer service during the escrow

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or equivalent required; six months to one year related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and send opening letters and acknowledgements to all parties.
• Order title commitments and distribute to all parties.
• Order payoff/assumption statements as requested.
• Prepare loan packages for return to lender.
• Coordinate closings and related administrative tasks.

Formação académica

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
