Our client, a well-established company in the real estate space, is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Escrow Coordinator to support their transaction team. This role is heavily focused on coordination, communication, and file management throughout the escrow process.

What you’ll be doing

• Support escrow team with day‑to‑day coordination of real estate transactions from opening through closing
• Manage and maintain accurate electronic files, ensuring all documents are complete and compliant
• Communicate with internal teams, agents, lenders, title/escrow companies, and other partners to keep transactions moving
• Track key milestones and deadlines, following up as needed to ensure timely closings
• Prepare and review documents for accuracy and completeness
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and updating systems as transactions progress
• Provide general administrative support to the escrow department
