Job summary

Cascade Financial Services in the United States is seeking an Escrow Analysis Specialist to perform annual, interim, and final escrow analyses to ensure compliance with investor guidelines, RESPA, and company policies while delivering exceptional service to borrowers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in mortgage servicing with escrow analytics, strong analytical and mathematical abilities, and proficiency with Loanserv, MSP, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in mortgage servicing with escrow analyses.
• Knowledge of escrow accounting, taxes and insurance.
• Understanding RESPA and mortgage servicing regs.
• Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience with Loanserv or MSP.
• Experience with FHA/VA/Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines.
• Experience in high-volume mortgage servicing.
• Experience with property taxes and/or insurance processing.

Responsibilities

• Perform annual, interim, and final escrow analyses on mortgage loan accounts.
• Review escrow shortages, surpluses, and deficiencies, and adjust payments.
• Ensure compliance with RESPA, investor guidelines, and company policies.
• Analyze tax and insurance disbursements for timely payments.
• Research and resolve escrow discrepancies and inquiries.
• Collaborate with tax, insurance and servicing teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor escrow exceptions and follow up with borrowers and authorities.
• Maintain loan records in the servicing system.
• Assist with audits and regulatory examinations.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
