Come join Granite Escrow at First American in San Diego, CA, where we recognize our true worth is our people. We are looking to add an Escrow Assistant to our growing team. In this role, you will support our Escrow team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, handling customer support and administrative duties. This position plays a key role in making the dream of homeownership a reality.

What You'll Do:

1. Assist in the escrow process, including opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling disbursements, and follow-up.
2. Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow.
3. Interpret various agreements related to escrow closings.
4. Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions and assist customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience.

What You'll Bring:

1. Passion for helping customers while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal teams and external customers.
3. Problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a natural curiosity with eagerness to learn.
4. Ability to contribute to a team working together to exceed customer expectations.
5. Knowledge of MS Office and ability to adapt to new software applications and technologies.
6. High school diploma or equivalent.
7. 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred.

Pay Range: $19.82 - $26.43 hourly.

This range is an estimate at the time of posting and depends on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
