Job summary

Selene Finance LP is seeking an Escrow Analysis Specialist I to help ensure policy adherence and support investor guidelines. You will perform escrow analyses, address escalated issues, and collaborate with departments to maintain accurate mortgage-related analyses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain the workflow volume to meet internal and private investor SLAs.
• Research escalated loan-level issues to support inquiries and other departments.
• Ensure audits are completed timely and accurately.
• Perform individual escrow analyses as requested by other departments.
• Review mass analysis for RESPA compliance and anomalies.
• Document, communicate, and implement policy and procedure changes.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and process improvements.
• Complete required training in a timely manner.

Position Summary

The Escrow Analysis Specialist I will ensure that policy and procedures for the department are strictly adhered to, federal and private investor guidelines are followed and that business objectives are achieved by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Maintains the workflow volume for the Escrow Analysis department to meet internal and private investor Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Handles escalated loan level issues and provide departmental research assistance for complex issues as required to support client inquiries and various departments
• Works with management to ensure that internal and external audits are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Performs individual escrow analysis as requested by other departments
• Reviews mass analysis for anomalies and ensures accurate and timely analysis per RESPA requirements
• Completes task within SLA’s
• Works with the Manager to document, communicate, and implement changes in policy and procedures
• Identifies areas for improvement and efficiency
• Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws and regulations
• Completes required training courses in a timely manner

Education/Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Preferred BKFS MSP or Sagent experience and/or training in any of the following workstations

Escrow Analysis, Tax, Hazard Insurance and MIP/PMI is preferred.

Computer Skills

Working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Previous experience with MSP, Black Knight/LPS, and Sagent preferred.
