Job summary

Red Door Escape Room is seeking a friendly Game Master to ensure a memorable guest experience in a fast-paced, puzzle-filled environment. You will engage guests, guide them through game elements, and keep energy high throughout each session.

Ideal candidates are 18+ with excellent communication, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn across roles as needed. Evening and weekend availability are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Available to work a minimum of 2 weekend days per week (Sat/Sun preferred) plus 3 weekday shifts, with stable availability for at least 6 months.
• Evening availability required; most shifts end between 9 pm and 12:15 am.
• Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the tone for every experience by hyping up our players for their adventure.
• Communicate rules, guidelines, and storylines in an exciting way to large groups.
• Introduce guests to return offers and next-episode options at the end of experiences.
