Breakout Games is seeking a friendly Game Master to welcome guests, explain the experience, and keep the adventure moving. You’ll greet visitors, run games, provide hints, celebrate wins, and help create memorable moments in a fast-paced venue.

Ideal candidates love puzzles, have good communication, basic computer skills, and can stand for long periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and stay positive in all situations. Teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Love puzzles, riddles, and escape rooms.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including emailing and simple tech tasks.
• Dependable, respectful and reliable in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an exciting introduction to their experience.
• Run games for guests and provide helpful clues when needed.
• Celebrate wins with guests and stay positive regardless of outcome.
• Reset rooms for the next group and maintain cleanliness.
• Speak with guests in-person and over the phone as needed.
• Support the General Manager with day-to-day tasks.
