Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an EHS Training Specialist in New Albany, OH to strengthen safety culture on a large semiconductor project. You will develop and deliver ES&H training, produce materials, maintain records, and coach workers across shifts.

Reporting to the Lead EHS Trainer, you will use diverse methods including classroom, on-site, and multilingual sessions (English/Spanish) to reach a broad workforce. A BS in ES&H with 2–4 years of experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent) in ES&H disciplines with 2–4 years of relevant technical and teaching experience, or an Associate degree with 9+ years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Experience developing and implementing training programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops and coordinates ES&H learning, multilingual training, and awareness activities.
• Prepares and implements the project Training Plan and ES&H courses.
• Maintains ES&H materials, records, and website updates.
• Delivers training using classroom and hands-on methods to promote ES&H.
