Bechtel is seeking a Project Safety Trainer in Winnemucca, NV to deliver and manage construction training programs across multiple locations. The role requires a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites within the project footprint.

Your responsibilities include developing core training curricula, coordinating schedules and instructors, and mentoring junior trainers and ES&H staff to ensure classrooms and field trainings meet safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Requires OSHA 30 certification and proven experience in developing core training curricula for construction or related industries.
• Hands-on delivery of safety training and orientation programs is required.
• Ability to develop junior trainers and ES&H reps to deliver training modules.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with ES&H and Construction on developing, revising and implementing craft training.
• Coordinate skills verification, apprentice mentoring, identification and rectification of skill gaps.
• Supervise project trainers and/or Craft evaluators.
• Provide guidance to Craft Trainers and Evaluators for training at all levels of Craft.
• Oversee capability assessments of direct hire Craft.
• Responsible for project training facility layout, resource allocation, setup and maintenance.
• Participate in selecting evaluators/trainers.
• Coordinate classes, instructors, facilities, class times, participants, and instructor evaluations.
• Collect, analyze training data and provide reports to site and Labor Relations management.
