Job summary

Bechtel seeks a Technical Analyst for the Mining & Metals team, based in Winnemucca, Nevada. The role collects, study and analyzes ES&H data to support the development and implementation of improvement efforts across incident prevention, learning and development, and Six Sigma.

Duties require accuracy, judgment and knowledge of ES&H processes and supporting software. The position entails assisting with ES&H program management, regulatory compliance, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Technical knowledge of computer-based training development software.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite, SharePoint, FrontPage, and Flash.

Responsibilities

• Support ES&H program implementation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Use ES&H software systems and digital tools; participate in risk assessments.
• Prepare reports and documentation for program execution and records management.
• Assist with incident reporting and investigations.
