Job summary

Organo USA, Inc. is seeking a Site Safety Assistant and Administrator to provide technical oversight of the project’s ES&H compliance activities through field inspections, incident tracking, and daily site surveillance.

The role collaborates with engineering, construction, procurement, and controls to implement safety requirements and protect workers and the environment. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years in ES&H, OSHA 1926/1910 knowledge, strong reporting and training skills, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in environmental, health, or science disciplines.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1926 and 1910 required; able to interpret regulations.
• Experience leading ES&H audits and incident investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist safety manager, project manager and others in enforcing ES&H policies.
• Develop and maintain ES&H programs, systems, and procedures to protect employees and the environment.
• Lead risk assessments, mitigation planning, and monitoring for ES&H issues.
• Prepare incident reports and participate in investigations and training.
