Job summary

Environmental and Safety Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasoned ES&H professional to provide technical oversight of compliance activities across field execution.

You will work with engineering, construction, subcontracts, procurement, and controls to ensure ES&H requirements are met and daily site surveillance validates PPE use and equipment inspections. The role emphasizes implementing ES&H standards, auditing programs, incident investigations, and regulatory interpretation to minimize hazards

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental, safety, health or science-related discipline and 5-8 years of relevant experience or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA 1926 and 1910.
• Experience in ES&H assessments/inspection during construction.
• Experience in managing and/or providing technical oversight of ES&H subcontractors or consultants.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical oversight of ES&H compliance through inspection of project field execution activities.
• Assists in implementing and complying with project safety requirements and addressing ES&H issues as they arise.
• Leads teams in risk assessment, studies, mitigation planning, and monitoring for ES&H issues.
• Prepares communications, writes reports, and prepares documents for program execution and records retention.
• Assists with incident notifications, leads investigations, and prepares incident investigation reports.
• Maintains ES&H databases, including incident events, audit findings, and corrective actions.
