Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan is offering a pipeline internship for CMU ERPsim competitors. Interns will gain hands-on experience, learn about the health insurance industry, and contribute to meaningful projects while networking with BCBSM colleagues.

The program emphasizes practical skill development, collaboration with leaders, and involvement in community outreach to understand BCBSM customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Interns must be enrolled for the duration of the internship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
• Analytical ability and independence, plus teamwork.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Confidential information handling is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and BCBSM systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing information and research materials to identify business problems and propose solutions.
• Support leaders on projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop understanding of BCBSM business, products, and data.
• Analyze business goals and needs within the organization.
