Qualifications

• Undergrad or grad student with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Must be enrolled for duration of internship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinker who can work independently or in a team.
• Excellent organizational skills for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing information and research materials to identify business problems and offer recommendations.
• Support leaders on projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain understanding of BCBSM business, products, data, and structure.
• Analyze business goals and needs within the organization.
• Participate in networking events with BCBSM leaders and other interns.
• Engage in volunteer activities to build knowledge of communities and customers.
• Participate in department meetings and events.
