Job summary

MeriCal is hiring a Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse and distribution operations, including inventory administration, order processing, shipping and receiving documentation, and ERP data maintenance.

Key tasks include downloading EDI orders, processing them in the ERP, maintaining ship dates, and creating ASNs. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and reliable data handling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and data accuracy are essential.
• Experience with manufacturing/operations data and analytics is preferred.
• Familiarity with FTL/LTL transportation operations helps.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, inspecting, identifying, and documenting incoming materials and finished goods.
• Verify received quantities against purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documentation.
• Communicate order discrepancies and shipment readiness issues to the team.
• Download EDI orders from customer portals and process in the ERP system.
• Upload EDI orders and ensure accuracy of data in the ERP system.
