Job summary
Charles Schwab is seeking aDirector of ERP Transformation Technology within the Corporate Systems organization to lead the technology aspects of Schwab’s large ERP program across Finance and HR. You will shape strategy, architecture, and operating models, while building and guiding a high-performing team to deliver measurable business outcomes.
The role requires deep experience in enterprise ERP transformations, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate a highly regulated financial services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field is required or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record leading large ERP transformation programs in regulated industries.
- Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent SaaS platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the ERP technology strategy, target-state architecture, operating model, and multi-year roadmap supporting Finance and HR transformations.
- Lead a multi-year ERP transformation of Finance and HR capabilities with new platform, data foundation, AI-enabled capabilities, and future-state operating model.
- Attract, develop, and retain world-class technology talent while fostering accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Lead vendor evaluation, selection, contract negotiations, partner governance, and ongoing strategic vendor relationships.
- Partner with Finance and HR executives to transform core processes, data, controls, and operating models enabled by ERP capabilities.
