Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation seeks a Director of ERP Transformation Technology to lead the technology strategy and multi-year ERP program across Finance and HR.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, drive AI-enabled capabilities, manage large budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering measurable business outcomes. This role partners with executives to shape the operating model, data governance, and continuous improvement across the ERP lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field.
• 10+ years of Technology experience with 8+ years in leading large delivery teams at the Director level.
• Experience leading ERP transformation programs in financial services or regulated industry.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion Cloud, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Budget management over $50M and large-scale vendor engagements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute ERP technology strategy, target-state architecture, operating model, and multi-year roadmap for Finance and HR transformation.
• Lead a multi-year ERP transformation of Finance and HR capabilities with new ERP platform, data foundation, AI-enabled capabilities, and future-state operating model.
• Attract, develop, and retain world-class technology talent while fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Lead vendor evaluation, contract negotiations, implementation partner governance, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with Finance and HR executives to transform core business processes, data, controls, and operating models enabled through ERP.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define scope, timelines, resources, and milestones for the ERP program.
• Drive organizational change management, user adoption, and realization of transformation benefits throughout the ERP lifecycle.
• Accountable for ERP architecture, data migration, security controls, reporting, and alignment with Schwab standards.
• Own end-to-end strategy and execution of a large-scale ERP transformation, ensuring resourcing and issue resolution.
• Build and lead a team of full-time technology professionals with clear leadership structure and succession planning.
• Define and lead the integration of AI, automation, and analytics across the ERP ecosystem.
