Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Director of ERP Transformation Technology to lead the ERP program's technology, architecture, and multi-year roadmap across Finance and HR. You will build and guide a high-performing team and partner with technology leadership to deliver an integrated ERP platform.

This role demands extensive ERP transformation experience in regulated environments, strong executive presence, vendor governance, data and security focus, and AI-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology experience in application development and delivery.
• Experience leading ERP transformations across Finance, HR, Data, and Security.
• Proven ability to manage multi-year budgets and large vendor engagements.
• Hands-on executive leadership with ERP ecosystems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft).

Responsibilities

• Define and execute ERP technology strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead multi-year ERP transformation of Finance and HR capabilities.
• Attract, develop, and retain top technology talent and foster collaboration.
• Oversee vendor evaluations, contracting, and partner governance.
• Drive organizational change management and user adoption throughout the ERP lifecycle.
