Grant Thornton is seeking an ERP Senior Associate to deliver advisory and implementation services for Oracle ERP across client organizations. You’ll work with the Transformation team to help clients achieve their vision and support your own growth.

This role requires travel up to 40% and entails full lifecycle implementations, design, testing, training, and post-production support. The position emphasizes collaboration across teams, documentation of requirements, and delivering complex projects

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, SCM, Information Technology, MIS or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
• Experience with a full life cycle implementation of Oracle ERP or similar applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports.
• Experience installing/configuring/implementing Oracle ERP Applications.
• Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects.
• Able to travel to various client sites as needed on short notice.
• Can travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 40%.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption.
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support.
• Assist with full life cycle implementations.
• Identify business requirements, functional design, process design (scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.
• Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization).
• Other duties as assigned.
