Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, production planning, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Experience performing business analysis and building executive-level recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform capacity modeling and what-if analyses to assess impacts of demand and production changes.
• Define full-potential performance targets and improvement roadmaps with leadership.
• Develop turnaround plans for underperforming operations or product lines.
• Ensure improvement initiatives deliver sustainable operational and financial results.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to reduce costs.
