Job summary

YER USA is seeking a Process Manager, SCM & Procure-to-Pay to drive business requirements and coordinate the P2P workstream during a large ERP implementation in Atlanta. You will collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and implementation partners to shape future-state processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Procurement, P2P, Accounts Payable, or Supply Chain functions.
• Experience in a significant ERP implementation or modernization project.
• Ability to translate business needs into process and system design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as business lead and coordinator for the P2P workstream in a major ERP rollout.
• Gather and document requirements with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT.
• Lead workshops, validate future-state processes, and manage testing and UAT.
• Collaborate with partners to map requirements to ERP capabilities and drive adoption.
