IDR, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of our top clients in the Dallas, Texas area.

This role is a key part of a large-scale ERP transformation, working with business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners to streamline operations. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, support solution design and UAT, and help drive adoption across supply chain and warehousing environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Business Analyst delivering ERP transformations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Infor CloudSuite Distribution, D365, Epicor, or SAP.
• 2+ years in supply chain and warehouse environments.
• Experience collaborating with global stakeholders across business units.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in a large-scale ERP transformation.
