Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of our top clients in the Dallas, Texas area.

This role is a key part of a large-scale ERP transformation, working with business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners to streamline operations. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements, support solution design and UAT, and help drive adoption across supply chain and warehousing environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Business Analyst delivering ERP transformations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Infor CloudSuite Distribution, D365, Epicor, or SAP.
• 2+ years in supply chain and warehouse environments.
• Experience collaborating with global stakeholders across business units.

Responsibilities

IDR is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in the Dallas, Texas area. This role is integral to a large-scale ERP transformation, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners.

Position Overview for the Business Analyst:

• Play a key role in a large-scale ERP transformation initiative.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and improve core business processes.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Support solution design, user acceptance testing, and successful business adoption.
• Focus on streamlining operations across multiple functional areas to drive efficiency and modernization.

Requirements for the Business Analyst:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex ERP transformation programs.
• Infor CloudSuite Distribution Enterprise is preferred, but experience with D365, Epicor, SAP, or another major ERP is also relevant.
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain and warehouse environments.
• Proficient documentation experience within Jira.
• Experience working with global stakeholders across various business units..
