Business Analyst - ERP / Digital Transformation

Business Analyst with hands-on experience across full-lifecycle ERP implementation, requirements elicitation, process optimisation, Agile delivery, UAT, data analysis and digital transformation.

A Business Analyst with practical experience delivering ERP and digital-transformation initiatives across varied operational environments.

The candidate has supported the full delivery lifecycle from discovery and requirements elicitation through functional specification, Agile sprint delivery, UAT and post-go-live support. Their background includes both packaged ERP and custom web-based systems.

They are particularly strong at bridging business and technical stakeholders, structuring ambiguous requirements, mapping processes and translating operational needs into scalable system changes.

1-3 Years Relevant business-analysis experience across ERP, process improvement, data and digital systems.

ERP Delivery Hands-on implementation experience across packaged and custom ERP workflows.

Requirements Experienced producing business and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and integration needs.

Agile & UAT Comfortable with sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, defect tracking, test cases and structured UAT support.
