Cardinal Health is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to support the pharmaceutical distribution business through an ERP transformation project. The ideal candidate will be based in the greater Columbus area with a hybrid schedule, coming into the Dublin, OH office one day a week, and remote candidates in Eastern/Central time zones are considered.

The role focuses on leading post-go-live accounting support, coordinating close processes, and enhancing controls and data integrity across intercompany

Qualifications

• 3+ years corporate and/or public accounting experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-go-live accounting support and issue resolution during Hypercare.
• Coordinate close process reviews and validation activities.
• Develop and execute monitoring controls to detect errors and support remediation.
• Partner with Accounting, IT, and Project teams to track and drive resolution of ERP issues.
• Establish sustainable long-term controls and reporting measures.
• Support accounting operations and special projects with various PD Accounting teams.
• Build deep knowledge of accounting processes and ERP functionality to assess impacts.
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables from start to finish.
• Proactively manage priorities and communicate status updates.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and adherence to instructions.
• Ensure compliance with SOX requirements.
• Other PD Accounting close duties as needed
