Cardinal Health is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to support a global ERP transformation within the Pharmaceutical Distribution segment. The role is based in the greater Columbus area with a hybrid schedule, requiring one day per week in Dublin, OH, and consideration for remote work in Eastern and Central time zones.

The supervisor will lead post-go-live accounting support, drive close processes, strengthen internal controls, and partner with IT and project teams to resolve ERP issues while

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years corporate and/or public accounting experience.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-go-live accounting support and issue resolution during Hypercare.
• Coordinate close process reviews across key accounting areas including intercompany.
• Develop controls and monitoring to detect errors and enable remediation.
• Partner with Accounting, IT, and Project teams to resolve ERP issues to completion.
• Establish long-term controls and detective reporting for risk mitigation.
• Support analyses, reconciliations and process improvements with PD Accounting teams.
• Develop deep knowledge of accounting processes and ERP functionality for complex journal entries.
• Own deliverables end-to-end, with information gathering and documentation.
• Communicate status, manage priorities, and escalate risks as needed.
• Ensure SOX compliance and perform other PD Accounting close duties.
